Standard Shipping is by USPS First Class, USPS Parcel Post, USPS Priority Mail or by UPS Ground to addresses in the continental United States. Most Items will ship by USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territories may be subject to additional shipping charges. Please contact us for quotes.

Certain items which are over-size or over-weight may have an additional shipping charge. These items will have this noted in their descriptions. At AllPetsConsidered.com the additional shipping will be shown on the checkout page. On Amazon.com the extra shipping is already added into the product price.
Some products (specifically beds and figurines) are custom-made and/or shipped directly from the manufacture and may take 2-4 weeks to arrive.
Most products are shipped out within 2-3 business days of order. UPS Ground from our location in North Carolina could take as long as 7 days depending on your distance from us. Holiday shipping times could be longer. We do make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as we can. When we can, we ship by USPS Priority Mail for faster delivery.
We're sorry, but at this time All Pets Considered is not able to ship to addresses outside the United State.
We reserve the right to change our posted shipping charges at any time without notice.
We get a large number of packages returned to us with wrong addresses. Please make sure you have supplied us with your correct shipping address.
If your package is returned because you gave us the wrong address, we will have to charge you again for shipping to another address. We get charged for every time we ship a package. If we typed the wrong address, we will re-ship the order without any additional fee.
A large number of emails we respond to are bounced back by servers (like AOL). If there is a problem with your order and you did not supply us with a phone number (and we have been unable to contact you via email) your order may sit here in limbo forever. We have some packages that have been here for a long time because the customer gave us no way to contact them.
To avoid possible delays, please give us a phone number so we can contact you if necessary. We will not give your phone number to anyone and will not use it for any other reason.
