All Pets Considered is a pet supply and gift retailer in Greensboro, North Carolina, USA. We have been in business since 1992.

We are located at 2614 Battleground Ave., Greensboro, NC 27408.

Shipping & Payment Info

Most products that we send out from our store ship by USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Some of our products ship by UPS Ground. Most orders ship out within 5 - 10 business days (many within 2-3 days), plus shipping time.

Products that ship directly from our suppliers will ship by USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail or UPS Ground in most cases. Occasionally a product will ship by FedEx. Most orders ship out within 5 - 10 business days (many within 2-3 days), plus shipping time.

At this time All Pets Considered only ships to the Continental US.

All transactions will be conducted in USD.

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

We try to use as little packing material as we can while still ensuring the safe delivery of your order. When available we will reuse boxes and/ or packing materials to ship your order. We hope that you will reuse boxes and packing materials if you can. If not please recycle if you are able.

 

 

 

All Pets Considered Returns & Refunds

All Pets Considered wants you to be completely satisfied with your on-line shopping experience. If the merchandise you purchase from us is defective or simply not to your satisfaction, you may contact us for a return within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of your purchase price.

What is the first step in returning items to All Pets Considered?

Contact us at support@allpetsconsidered.com within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Please include in your e-mail the following:

Name

Shipping address*

Telephone number, including area code*

Product you wish to return

Order number or date purchased

Reason for return

 

*We use the personal data you give us only to process your return.

In a responding e-mail, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number and specific instructions meant to streamline the return process. We will also provide the appropriate address for the return shipment. (Most items should be returned to All Pets Considered. In some cases, however, we will ask that you return the item directly to the manufacturer.)

 

Will my shipping and handling charge be reimbursed on return?

We can refund shipping and handling in three cases only: if the item you purchase from us is defective, if it is damaged in shipping, or if we mistakenly send you an item other than what you ordered.

 

What conditions apply to my return?

We ask that you contact us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. We will accept returns between 30-60 days with a 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 60 days. Merchandise should be returned in its original condition and/or packaging (unless it has proven defective). Please keep in mind that there is no such thing as an indestructible dog toy. We recommend that merchandise be returned via carriers that offer package tracking or delivery confirmation. Please retain your tracking receipt for reference.

 

When will my refund be credited?

Refunds will be credited upon return of merchandise and to the account used in making the original purchase. We will notify you by e-mail when your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing.
